One of the differences between men and women is that men are aroused por sight, while women are mais aroused por touch.
Rape is not just about sex. It's about anger and control. A rapist is a man, or in rare cases a woman with servere problems. They need to be incarcerated, and provided treatment. Some of these men can be helped and others cann't. Many states have laws that allows for habitual repeat sex offenders to be civilly committed, possibly for life.
Now as for an average guy, we need to use self control and look women in the eyes. Not stare at their breast or other attributes like idiots. Guys who drool or make rude remarks are just asses. I hope they don't represent men as a whole.
What a women wears is their choice, it's a mans responsibility to treat them with respect regardless. No woman deserves harrassment.
As a man, I appreciate a woman who dresses modestly. They can be just as beautifull while leaving somethings to the imagination. It helps me keeps my mind and thoughts pure.
If men and women take responsibilty for their actions, and treat each other with respect, life is much mais comfortable.

First of all, no girl "deserves" it or "was asking for it" when she gets raped. Maybe she's insecure? Maybe that's the only way she'll think people will say she looks beautiful? Is it her fault that some men are animais and take advantage of her? No. You can't pass judgement on people unless you've walked a million miles in their shoes. What if that's all she knows? As annoying as sluts are, I don't think they deserve to be raped no matter how little they wear. Rape isn't about sex and pleasure, it's about power.

Anyway, to explain it somewhat scientifically, humans are programmed to be attracted to the things they find beautiful. Women are no exception and it's not just men. I know a shit load of girls who would practically orgasm if they saw some guy they thought was hot walking around with no camisa on. It's a part of evolution; we look at beauty because most of the time, someone who is "beautiful" is healthy and has good traits to pass on to the seguinte generation. But women show this side of them much less. It probably has to do with estrogen and testosterone. Estrogen, the hormone that really sets women apart from men, is a hormone that programs women to be gentle and kind and in most cases, even humble. Testosterone, estrogen's counterpart, does the exact opposite, so men are much mais likely to speak out when they think something is attractive or not because they aren't programmed to be as shy about it. (But there are, of course, exceptions.)
Society also has a bit to do with it. Throughout history, women were really only good for looking at and having sex por perverted men, like in the Victorian era. Sure, women didn't show as much then, but if anyone thinks that they wore corsets and heavy dresses all the time because it was comfortable, that's just crazy talk. Men and women both have been forced to wear things to "make them attractive" for the very reason of finding someone and to reproduce. Today, we call it "fashion." But this sort of thing is forced mais onto women because some time before any of us were born some power hungry pervert thought it would be a good idea.

Anyway, since I'm kind of getting off track here, humans are programmed so they're drawn to what they find to be attractive, which isn't the clothes or the shoes or the accessories, it's what they're trying to emphasize; the human physique. And it's not just men, it's women, too. But women have mais pressure to dress and act like that because of some idiot(s) in the past. I mean really, when was the last time you saw a commercial for men's cosmetics? Don't blame men, blame genetics and society.

Looks are the last factor i look at in a girl. I care about personality, niceness, the things that are on the inside. And i actually dont like girls who dress slutty in public.
