Does Anyone Here Think Fall Out Boy Is A emo Band?

you don't have to look emo to appeal to emo kids. It's mais about the sound and the lyrics. They have a very emo-pop sound. Look under any list of emo bands and you will find Fall Out Boy. Guaranteed.

I agree with Sprinter - it's not about the look but the sound. I don't class Fall Out Boy as an 'emo' band as in my opinion there aren't any, i consider them mais pop-rock, or soft rock, probably even hip-hop rock although i'm not sure on the last one as i don't listen to much hip-hop to compare properly.
As to the style/fashion of the band...i don't actually know to be honest. Most of the bands i listen to i have no idea who's in them, i just like listening to the música i couldn't tell you whether the lead singer of a band i like has a beard or is clean-shaven as that stuff doesn't interest me.
But they do appeal to the 'emo' class. I guess they just got stereotyped like the rest of us.

sometimes they were when they attempted to scream but other than that no they were alternative.
