I have a piece of lead from the mechanical pencil stuck in my foot, what do I do?, I am too scared O_O

Gently, very gently take it out. No rash movements and panicking, it would go deeper. Be meticulous and gently push it out of the skin or something.

Press down around the lead, it might come up, but don't touch it, just pull it out.

Pencils don't have real lead, neither do mechanical ones, it's graphite so no danger of lead poisoning but I'd tell a parent so they could try to get it out.

Even if you're scared it would probably be better to tell than to try yourself and end up hurting your foot worse than it already is. My dad used to use a sewing needle to try to get splinters out of my fingers when I was little.
