Against, for 4 reasons 1. I use my jaqueta as sort of a mais convenient backpack, it has these huge inside pockets. Where will I keep my pencils and pens, or even my notebook if I didn't have my jacket? 2. What if I wanted to wear my suit to the first Japanese club meeting of the year, or the last, or just randomly for no reason? I can't do that. Or what about those times that I will be wearing my quimono to school? I can't do that ether. 3. What if they force us to wear what is not comfortable? I for one can NOT stand shorts, if they make us wear shorts, I will never be able to concentrate. It will be the other way around for people who like shorts. 4. Our country (Assuming you are talking about countries like the United States of America) is founded on freedom, freedom of expression. If I wanted to wear a freaking quimono to school then what right does the government have to take that away. Their are some understandable restrictions to this freedom, like I can't go to school naked or anything, and it would be nice if they would outlaw those pants that people wear so low that you can see their butt crack. (I know there are some people out there who like crack, but not that kind.) and I can see why this may be contributing to why they may be thinking of making us wear school uniforms (other things include sexually suggestive T-shirts E.C.T.) It isn't a problem for countries like Japão where the people are used to it, but not here in America. Though personally I think that if they do make us wear uniforms, it should look like Japanese school uniforms. (Miniskirts FTW *,* )
