Hmm...I'd suggest getting actual help from anger management professionals, instead of asking aleatório strangers online that might possibly be little kids who think they know everything but they don't...

not everybody can run to professionals everytime they get angry yes if they are constantly angry then maybe then need professional help but just because they are angry doesn't mean they need professional help and finding out what works for others can be helpful
True, but talking to aleatório people that you don't even know almost never helps. Especially for something this harsh; punching a mural and breaking your hand? That's someone in need of some serious help; that's something only a counselor or a therapist can help.
something that always helps me (and it might sound pretty lame) is write what happened and how your feeling out or talk to a friend but if you don't think you can talk then definitly write it out at least your venting and getting it all out and then if you still fill angry you can rip up the paper and try punching a travesseiro or screaming into a travesseiro and take some really big breaths and put everything into prespective think about these perguntas ?? - is whatever i'm angry/upset about still going to affect me tommrow? -in a week? -in a month? - in a few years? if you answere no to any of these perguntas then is it really worth being upset over?
Personally for me, I write when I'm angry. Take a clean sheet of paper and jot down all of your feelings you're experiencing at the moment. Then you just rip it up, as aggressively as you feel like.
Another thing I do is sing (It doesn't matter if you're a good singer or not. This is just to help you.). Sing an emotional song and let your emotions fly freely.
