NEED SOME HELP!!! i'm gonna start my college exams in 1 week! and i can't study. i try, but i lose focus so quickly! Can you Tell me some good ways to study without losing Focus??
I may only be in high school but I know what you mean. What I do is play some kind of all instrumental música because 1. music's rhythmic sounds is said to help one focus. 2. The lack of words makes it less likely it will distract you. Play it so that it is ether really loud and you don't bother to listen to it directly so it is then less likely to distract you or play it quiet enough so that you can barely hear it but don't focus on it, just let it subliminally effect your brain. Some suggestions is you can listen to classical música like blue Danube, Celtic música like dueling Violins, some video game música like FFCC Gentle wind blows, some Japanese folk música like Itsuki No Komoriuta Kumoi. If you can find these songs or others of the Genre on You tube you can go to www.zamzar.com/url to download the música to your E-mail and download it to your computer there.
