Are you talking about the medal dots? They're red, yellow, and green?
If so, then they are medals. Green equals Dedicated Fan; Yellow equals Die-Hard Fan; and Red equals Fanatic.
To get them you have to post a lot of content to a particular spot and as fãs become fãs of your content... you know, I'm not entirely sure how that works. I've never gotten one. But I do know that to get one you have to post a lot of good content to a spot and the mais fãs that become fãs of it, the greater your chances of earning a medal. I hope I helped.
