And Bats can see.But just not with their eyes,but with ecolocasion.

And tigres r very good at seeing at night since their cats,but u said no,so that's probobly wrong.

Total darkness means no light, and tigres need a little light to see in the dark.
Bats can see, but not that well.
Humans simply aren't night animals.
