Is it a phase, or is it my life?

Today, I scared my class. I confronted my ex-bff. And now, I got nothing but my family. Is this because of my dreams. Is it a phase I'm going throught? I have written an entire story of Bella being depressed. And wrote it the way I felt! Can somebody help me out? All I'm asking for is some advice. How do I lighten up? How do I not hurt anyone else?

Hm... I'm not sure what you mean por you scared your class. Confronting your ex-anything should make you feel slightly liberated and take some stress away. Be greatful that you at least have your family. There are some people out there with a lot less.

Feeling depressed is usually short term. It's just a feeling. True depression isn't nearly as common as people thing. Some people confuse being sad as suffering from clinical depression. Some people remain sad for way longer than needed because they think they're depressed and will never get over it, even though things have lightened up considerably. It's just a mind over matter thing. Don't let it control you.

From what you said, it kind of seems to me that you are already on your way to getting over it.

It's depression. Everyone goes through it at some point in time. Some people get over it after a dia or two, and some never get over it. But everyone has it.

All you can do is try to be happier. Listen to music, even if it's a sad song. Play a game that distracts you from your depression. Just do anything that makes you feel a bit better. Find a good friend, and keep them close. And most importantly, calm down. Everything is going to be okay :)
