What are your views on hunting?

I'm totally fine with it. In fact my dad hunts and I would if I had a hunting license. It helps with population control and hunters always eat what they kill, to me it's mais noble than the PETA activists who claim that no animal should be killed. This just leads to overpopulation and deer, ducks etc. fighting for comida and mates.

We are part of nature. Hunting helps feed us. It's our 'natural' right to food. It's healthy for us to have meat, as we are omnivores (the human race, though there are vegetarians). If we, as predators, do not keep the other species under control, then they will breed to fast, have too many, they'll eat all the comida one year, and the next, there won't be enough comida for all of them, and a good portion will starve. It's much mais humane of us to just kill them, for food, then let them starve themselves, am I right?

Hunting for fun is just sadistic. That is horrible. But I don't think that's what this pergunta is addressing.

It's terrible! Killing other animais for your own enjoyment is awful!! The overpopulation of animais is nowhere near as bad as the overpopulation of humans! And if you're doing it for survival, you can eat the trees too, they're healthy for you, and the animal stays alive!

I completely disagree with you. Hunting isn't just for enjoyment and it makes mais sense to kill the animais than the people

You must keep the population of animais under control or they'll just end up killing themselves.

Even when hunters just hunt to get away from it all they eat the meat

if they eat it, then at least it goes to good use. but i dont like it when they just hunt to have stuffed animais and stuff like that.

I think it's stupid in this age. It was originally nesecary for our survival, but it really isn't today. We have learned that we can live without meat and still get enough protein in other sources to be healthy. In some other poorer countries I'm ok with them hunting because it's really is for there survival. Sometimes they hunt rare & endangered animais for money and I really don't agree with that but can you blame them if they are doing it to live themselves. But in north america or mais well off countries they are doing it just for fun or tradition. What over population? I see mais of it the other way around, under population, species going extinct from hunting, cities growing and encrouching on the animais homes so that they have hardly any land left to live on and start going into the cities (Like the deer that someone mention before in another comment)

I'm not sure if I should even breach the subject because it's a whole other augument but what about the animais lives. They are sentient beings with feelings and souls and lives. Anyone who has ever had a pet can't deny that they have emotions, they're intelligent, they communicate with eachother. Therefor they aren't that different from us, and I don't know how people can be so insensitive to think otherwise. I don't know how people get enjoyment from the brutality of killing animals.

But meat is still part of the human diet. Our bodies are accustomed to it. Some vegetarians (I have nothing against them!) are so weak (not all) that they can't do simple tasks and become frail. (This is from expierience,) And it's natural for us to prey on them! We're predators! They're prey! It happens!

And all life must return it's energy to Mother Nature eventually. We're predators. It truly is part of nature. But, you have your points. I respect that. And overhunting is disgusting. Hunting endangered animals, I believe, is a sin.
