HELPPPP!?!?!?!

I think someone hacked my page! I went on my page and all my messages were open and i NEVER opened them. And it says im a fã of people who fã requested me when i didn't. HELP?!?!?!

Change your password and then every now and then change your password again just incase and if that doesnt work get a new accont
