Do you guy's draw the pics of your characters?

sorry to ask two perguntas in a row but...
so i was browsing through all the different forums and... all the freaking pics were super incredible *-*... i can't even draw a freaking good stick figure let alone these images... if you guy's are drawing these then you guy's are bosses and... i feel so inadequate :(...
are you guy's drawing the pics that you post in your fórum character's bios?
