Mumbai, Sep 17: As a promotional tactic for his forthcoming movie ‘Rockstar’ actor Ranbir Kapoor went ahead and took the hot assento in a special episode of reality teste show ‘Kaun Banega Crorepati 5’.

Ranbir made a grand entry on show por cantar his father Rishi Kapoor’s all time famous song ‘Mere Umar Ke Naujawano’. Ranbir paid tribute to his uncle the late Shammi Kapoor por dancing to the tune of his popular song from the film ‘Kashmir Ki Kali’.

During the game, Ranbir also played a small prank on his friend Ayan Mukherjee whom he chose for ‘call-a-friend’ lifeline option por imitating Amitabh Bachchan’s voice.
