How to deal with a person being racist to you?

I am in High School right now and I'm Russian. A few boys make rude comments on my nationality and heavy accent especially this one boy. He was atuação very racist towards the Victory dia parade, making fun of the marching and the saluting and he also comments rudely on other Eastern Europeans in general. I feel very hurt when he say those things and i don't know how to deal with it.
