I just watched the Pilot and i loved it. I wanted to ask about the books though. Are worth reading? And the show is based on them 100%?

Read the books and you'll notice that there are a lot of things that are different. The books are generally better but most PLL fãs like the show better.

The books and show are both great, but they are SUPER different. I look at the show as a whole different thing. I personally thought the show was a lot better, but that's just my opinion. There's like 14 books in the series so far and I have no idea if mais are coming out, but I stopped leitura them because I've been leitura other stuff and there's just so many. There's so many characters in the show that aren't in the books that I can't even list them all and it just has a whole different plot. However, I recommend both, but I recommend the show more.
