Courghtney had mental issues her mom was going to send her to a mental instusion, but she sent Alli instead. So Courghtney pretended to be Alli and became a popular girl with the only other people she knew, Aria, Hannah, Spencer, and Emily. When Ali came back as Courghtney from the mental instution they were having a slumber party. Courghtney as Ali went out side to do something, i'm not sure what, but then Ali as courghtney killed her twin sister por pushing her into a hole. (Ali killed Courghtney) So Ali, she is still alive! You know those times Emily, and also Spencer saw Ali in a so they thought a dream, but nope it was real life! Also in the Dia das bruxas episode one of the twins was telling a story about twins, and in the theme song "Two can keep a secret if one of them is dead." Now I am pretty sure that "A" is a group of people, defenitley Mona, probably Ali, now all of these are all maybes, Lucas, Jenna, Garrett, Jason, and someone very unexpected. Ali I think is the group leader of "A"!
