In a fã created group, what should be the maximum # of puffs, in your opinion?

I'm creating a PPG group that started with just 2 puffs, but I keep getting ideas for new PPGs, and I need to know where to stop. In the shows and the comic, the # is 3, or 6 if you count Bunny, Bell, and Princess. I've created 8 (counterparts for the basic 3 girls, and then some) puffs so far, and I think it might be too much.

i think there should only be 3-4 ppg in a team cuz the original ppg had only three members, blossom, bubbles, and buttercup, but i still think its okay to have 4 in a team cuz bunny was a member of the ppgs (before she exploded T.T), but i only count bunny and sino as semi-offical ppg cuz bunny was only in one episode and sino IS a ppg but she was never a member of the ppg team, i dont really count princess as a semi-offical ppg cuz shes the ppg's enemy (and she isint even a real ppg, she just wants to be one, hey, i just got an idea for my manga! :D in the end of Chara mangá (when princess and sino become good) princess could become a REAL ppg! :D), but you can have as many ppg as you want in a team, hey, its YOUR team, use your imagination and do whatever you want!

Wouldn't that be 9? Anyway, I've never heard of Bullet (unless you're talking about the squirell), Thunder, or Nightingale. Where are they mentioned? I'd like to learn about who they are.

I've made a few characters- okay, A LOT. I can name them if you want. Most of them are gatos though, because I've done two stories about the PPGS and RRBS as gatos and their kids so on and so on. I'll do a chain of Blossom and Brick:
