The Meloetta that appeared in the anime was very feminine and she really like Ash and she even had Oshawott and Piplup fall in love with her and fight over her.
@ misscrazel, I doubt that Meloetta is gay. Not that I'd be opposed if Meloetta was, but think about it, Meloetta also looked very feminine, I mean, her design looks likes a girl wearing a dress, and just the way she acted she is obviously a girl. Lots of guys don't go crazy when they see flowers (except for May's Wartortle in one episode back when he was still a Squirtle), usually girls are the ones who go crazy when we spot flowers, especially really pretty ones.
