I play Pearl and I can't beat the pokemon League.Any advice?

My team:
Piplup Lv.62 Surf, Hydro Pump, Brine,Drill Peck
Quagsire Lv.33 Mud Bomb, Slam, Yawn, WaterFall
Azelf Lv.52 Extrasensory, Uproar, Future Sight, Nasty Plot
Mesprit Lv.50 Shadow Ball, Future Sight, Charm, Luck Chant
Uxie Lv.51 Charge Beam, Extrasensory, Future Sight, Yawn
Starly Lv.39 Fly, Pluck, Endeavor, Defog

And my Pokemon's Item are:
Piplup:Razor Claw
Quagsire:Strius Berry
Uxie:Amulet Coin
Mesprit:Strius Berry
Azelf:Strius Berry
Starly:Oran Berry

And here are my Healing Items:
Revies X2
Revial Herb X3
Potion X10
Super Potion X10
Max Potion X10
Full Restore X15
Full Heal X10
Antidote X10
Burn Heal X10
Ice Heal X10
Lum Berry X1
And the berry that makes you heal from confusion.
Finally,my last information is that I'm just stuck on the second,third,and the fourth elite fourand the Champion.

well what i normally do is use my strongest throughout the whole League (which in your case, is piplup) and if my strongest gets really low on HP, I use the full restores and keep battling like that. Also, I teach my strongest a variety of moves, especially moves that are good against its weakness. (for example, with your piplup, i would teach it pluck or something like that) if you have any questions, just ask, you know that. ^.^

Even with it's immunity to Ground, Starly is weak to Rock attacks, which the segundo elite uses. Piplup and Quagsire's Water attacks will make this battle much easier.
Again, use the Water Team to easily beat the third Elite.
Now, the current Team you have can get through the 4th, but it will be harder.
Mespirit's Shadow Ball, Azelf(Use Nasty Plot before) and Uxie's Extrasensory will work.
In the finals, Spiritomb will be sent out first. It has no weaknesses, and is resistant to Normal/Psychic/Fighting. fogo will work on Lucario and Roserade. Ice or Dragon will be great on Garchomp, and use an Electric or grama attack for Milotic!
