No, there won't be Will nor Elizabeth. They thought it was pointless to continue their stories since it was pretty much over. Also, the actors wanted to try different movies. Penelope Cruz is supposed to be "Jack's equal and foil in many ways" according to "The Johnny Depp Zone."
