What do you reckon Skipper's life story is.

From when he was born till he met the whole team.
Tell me what you think.

I'm curious as to why his 'favourite mug' is so precious to him. It doesn't exactly LOOK special, so the only conclusion I can come to is that it has sentimental value, but why? Did someone important give it to him before dying, or what?
