Yes and no. I liked that Everlark was the "winning" pairing (and honestly, I couldn't understand it if she ended up choosing Gale out of anything but default, with all the hints that had been of her falling for Peeta throughout Catching Fire and then Mockingjay). I thought the hijacking was an interesting idea, angsty as it was, and I like the idea of Peeta falling in love with Katniss anew. But the ending felt a bit rushed. I wish that it'd said a bit about the other characters too.
Like Flickerflame said, it was a yes and no sort of thing. I was happy they ended up together, but it also felt like she didn't really pick Peeta?? I think she had feelings for Peeta, but it always bothered me that she ended things with Gale solely because he caused her sister's death. I wanted her to actually have to make a decision. Gale designing the bomb felt like a cop-out.
I'm also torn about them having kids at the end. Katniss specifically never wanted kids. And she sounded so miserable in the epilogue. Idk :/
^I got the impression that her no-kids policy was mainly due to the risk of them being in the Games (and other factors like the high starvation rate in 12). With those reasons gone, she could easily change her mind.
