I find myself always composição literária artigos about similarities between characters and shows, and this artigo is no different.
Have you ever seen the OC, you know the story, and you know that although the two (oth and the oc) are two teen dramas, they couldn't be mais different. But I find that the similarites are practically endless. It's strange really how they can have so many similarities and still the two shows can seem complete opposites. Let me explain my conclusion.
Both are stories of brotherhood. Defiantly different types of brotherhood- Ryan and Seth being friends from the start and growing into brothers, as Lucas and Nathan are two brothers from the start, and grow into accepting each other as brothers, and as friends. But both story lines are about the continuesly growing bond between these two characters, fighting rough spots that harm their brotherhood.
And, as in most teen dramas, there is at least one amor triangle. In the oc they're are many minor ones, and in One árvore colina there is one (or two if you count lincas/leyton) big triangle(s). But both have amor triangles. In the OC there was Seth, Summer, and Zack which was less sneaky and mais for humor as in One árvore HIll there was one REALLY heavy one that was mais dramatic (Brooke/Lucas/Peyton).
There were also minor triangles that lasted only a few episodes in the beginning of season 1.
For One árvore colina there was Lucas/Peyton/Nathan and in The Oc there was Ryan/Marissa/Luke.

And for my last similarity, because I have detected many mais but don't really have the o espaço to write them all down, nor the time, One árvore colina and The OC both have almost rapes, that result in a serious brawl.
Trey nearly raped Marissa when she got close to him and trusted him as her friend, and Peyton almost got raped por Psycho Derek/Ian when she began to grow close to him as a friend and brother, and trusted him.
There are also some similarites between Peyton and Marissa, but not many.

Robert Buckley, who famously played Kim Raver's Lipstick Jungle boy toy and subsequently did a turn on Privileged, will resurface this fall on the CW's One árvore Hill.
Buckley will play Clayton, the sports agent who takes on NBA-bound Nathan as a client and friend, says the Hollywood Reporter.
Brian Austin Green was until recently eyed for this series regular role, but ultimately a deal could not be worked out.

One árvore colina is adding three new characters for Season 7, as the show moves on without longtime leads Hilarie burton and Chad Michael Murray. The two characters remaining to be cast are Haley's sister, Quinn, and a supermodel who goes to work for Brooke.

A recent Peyton storyline will completely rock the Peyton we’ve known for years into a darker Peyton. She’ll do incredibly unexpected and inappropriate things to the people around her. Not Brooke beat up Scary, but Jenny Humphrey rebel scary.
Kristen’s spoiler has to do with “complications with the pregnancy” as in health wise. It doesn’t refer to Julian or how Lucas finds out.
*Mia(Kate) and Chase(Stephen) are dating, they are now filming.
