Is Lucas returning :)

Hello everyone...

is it true that Lucas is returning to OTH? as i am hoping that he is, but i have some doubt that he will be.

and also does anyone know where i can see on line episodes, as it has been a while since i have seen it, as they dont show it over here any more, and just have to wait till they bring it onto dvd over here and thanks who can let me know :)
