Well Directioners, it looks like our boys made a good impression whilst over in America, as rumours have emerged that Nickelodeon are tempted to offer them their own show.

Due to the overwhelming reception from fãs they received on their recent whistle-stop tour, a fonte told Now magazine: “Simon Cowell has vowed to launch them on the US X Factor, while Nickelodeon are in talks to give them their own show.”

We’ve yet to see the iCarly episode which they filmed so can’t comment on their atuação skills yet, but if true, it bodes very well for any future success in the USA, if not all over the world.

In other news, Harry Styles has been told to cadastrar-se an exercise class to cure his back problems.

Harry said last month: “I have bad posture and I’ve been told to take pilates once a week.”

Niall spoke about recent X Factor contestant Amelia Lily, and dampened recent gossip about them both por saying: “No. I was just talking to her one dia outside the X Factor studio – that’s where those rumours came from.”

In news that won’t come as a shock to non-readers of NME, One Direction have been nominated for Worst Album AND Worst Band in their 2012 Awards.

The NME is famously pompous with its musical merits over the years, and anterior winners of the worst album award include Robbie Williams (twice), Jonas Brothers (twice), and even James Blunt, but you’ll be surprised (or maybe not) to find out that coldplay are also up for the worst album award this year. Yes.

It’s always a good sign of a bands popularity when they get nominated for awards such as this, so despite being up for Best British Single for “What Makes You Beautiful” in the 2012 Brit Awards, they are seen in bad light in the NME’s.

Brit 1D fãs rejoice, as the boys are set to arrive back on our soil in time for seguinte weekend, as they’ve been booked in to appear on the seguinte episode of Dancing on Ice, performing “One Thing”.

A fonte today said that security is set to be tripled, stating: “Producers are very concerned that thousands of fãs will storm the studios. That cannot be allowed to happen during a live show.”
