This is a glossary of sorts to my artigo "Is Killing Ever Justified?". Please read it first link.

OUAT Legal Dictionary

"There are actually 4 kinds of homicide: Felonious, accidental, justifiable, and praiseworthy. It makes little difference to the victim which sort they die of; the classification is mostly for the benefit of lawyers."

By US definition:

homicide n. the killing of a human being due to the act or omission of another. Included among homicides are murder and manslaughter, but not all homicides are a crime, particularly when there is a lack of criminal intent. Non-criminal homicides...

It's ALL Cora's FAULT!

It is all Coras fault! As you all said, snow was just an innocent little girl that wanted Regina to be happy but got manipulated por that WITCH!!!

Regina should blame Cora! NOT Snow! As Lana said Regina was thinking: " You little, selfish BRAT! You just wanted me to be your stepmother! You don't care about ME being happy!" Thats what Lana said Regina was thinking at the time when she was getting dressed for the wedding. But we don't know why Regina went 'Extreme Power-Mad' yet....she went WAY extreme to rid Snow! But...she didn't know any different....

Someday in season 2/3 I want to see Regina confront Cora and apologise to
Snow somehow and get 'redeemed.'

Mary-Margaret is VERY angry with Regina and tells her to leave Storybrooke forever because it'll be better for everyone (especially Henry.)

Regina actually 'accepts' this because she loves Henry and leaves....

Later a house fogo is lit at 'Reginas House' and Henry is very sad because he left his 'book' in there. Mary-Margaret tells Emma and Henry that Regina 'died' in the fire. Henry is extremely sad and cries to Emma.

Emma must investigate the fogo ( its her job as sheriff) to see how or WHO started it! She finds fingerprints on the singed door handle. Those fingerprints belonged to Mr.Gold.........
