I think in Episode 3x09 i think it's the climb that Oliver will realize he can be the Arqueiro and Oliver queen and be with Felicity and say something like i can some how be Oliver and Arqueiro but will need time and help to be himself.
And hopeful that Oliver and Felicity will have a big EPIC kiss in the 20 or 21 Episode and then on the 22 episode have HOT EPIC OLICITY SEX SCENE.
And start becoming a couple in the season finale and carry on into season 4 to 5

I hope raio, ray Palmer doesn't come between Oliver and Felicity i want their romance with the slow burn and when raio, ray leaves in the 14th episode or at the end of it . I read that raio, ray Palmer is Felicity's ex boyfriend and he's going ti get in the way of Felicity relationship with Oliver. I hope Felicity goes out with raio, ray and hurt Oliver. Not meant as bashing but I don't get the whole 'Oliver and Laurel' thing. I really don't see how he could be in amor with her or why she would ever have any romantic feelings for him again... after all he was cheating on louro, laurel with her own sister, which inevitably caused her sister's death. I can't understand that fandom or its shippers because of that.
