Do you think "Family Jewels" has helped or hurt Nick's chances at becoming a serious singer?

with or without the show he'd always be Gene Simmons son that you can't change before the show I didn't know much about Gene's family so I'd say its helped him mais then hurt him. I doubt very many girls would be chasing him if it wasn't for the show so I really don't see what kind of damage a reality show about his like could hurt his career

Didn't give it that much thought to be completely honest. But i definitely wouldn't want to be famous even less celebrity kid. Born in a privileged world they are always center of attention and high expectations. Having a celebrity name under your cinto, correia does help in the ladder of success. But i guess we'll never know if any of these celebrity kids would have become as famous por their own means. Same with Nick. He is standing in his fathers shadow and he will until, maybe, he rose above himself to create his own place, carve his own niche, break new boundaries and explore new horizons. Tough call only for tough and ambitious. And Nick is Gene Simmons son. He will hardly get out of his fathers shadow.
