Can I ask anyone with an original vinyl or shellac copy of "Unforgettable" to help me?

I have five CD versions of this track but I can't decide which is the original and which are alternate takes or remakes.

There are two flavours - easy to tell apart from the way Nat sings the first line. In one flavour he sings the word "unforgettable" without emphasis on any part of the word. In the other flavour he sings it the "for" elongated slightly, like "un-fooooor-gettable". So my questions:

1) Which of these versions is the original hit?
2) Is the "Other" version perhaps a stereo version that was cut at the same session, or was it something that was done later?

What's that I hear you ask? My favourite all time Cole track? Well, since you ask so nicely it's "That's You" - utterly superb 8-)
