Village-Hidden Leaf, Former Orochimaru's group

History:
Lived with his parents in a cottege in the woods a long with his
Elder brother and baby sister. His brother who had awakened the Sharingan taught him how to use his Sharingan when it awaken
along with teaching him the fireball jutsu.
One night at the age of four an assassin came
and killed everyone in his family and when the assassin was about to kill him Orochimaru appeared and killed the assassin and took in Kensei he trained him and taught him to use a the Sharingan. Awakened his Mangekyou by age six he had Kabuto replace Kensei's eyes with those of his brother(Preserved in ice by Kensei's request after being taken in for training).
Later awaken Rinengan at the age of 14 but kept it a secret from Orochimaru,two years later learned that the assassin that killed his family was actually sent by Orochimaru to kill his family so he could train Kensei so he could be his next vessle. He ran and found himself in the Leaf Village where the third hokage took in even though non of the other ninja's though he could be trusted he was after gaining the trust of other ninjas he learned new techniques such as the 8 inner gates from Guy.
When the Orochimaru incident happened during the chuning exam he fought against both the Sand and the Sound determined to reach Orochimaru and save the Third Hokage unfortunate did not reach him on time. When the mission to rescue Sasuke was given to Naruto and the others the moment he learned of it he joind Naruto so he could prevent what happened to him to happen to Sasuke.

This character is quite overpowered, so if you can give him just the Rinnengan that would be better and give him some original jutsu and replace some of those others if you can. But the storyline and character is quite interesting.

Here's a explanation for one of Konev's Jutsu

Jutsu name: frost bite Jutsu

Decription: The users puts their palms together and releases hundreds of snow flakes through their mouth like fireball jutsu accept its snow. When hit with the snow flakes the target skin become black, nume and paralyised. If not looked after the target can loose the part of the body that is black and if it takes over the whole body it can kill them.
