~At School~
I slammed my locker and rushed off to meet the guys. Two cheerleaders who obviously didn't get the memo that the rest of their bitchy clique was already eating lunch on the front lawn of campus, still stood in the hallway. They had noticed,just like the rest of school, that I was wearing Mikey's clothes. Big fucking deal. Way to jump to conclutions.
"Hey Paigee," They snickered.
As far as I was concerned,these whores could go to hell.
"Fuck Off. Not everyone's a slut like you." With that I pushed past the large double doors leading to the courtyard. I spotted Mikey under the árvore we had always met under.
Flashback-Last ano Under Tree
It was autumn and getting quite chilly. I had unfortunatly left my jaqueta at my house this morning. raio, ray and Mikey were debating on some subject to which I was not listening too. Mikey's arms shielded me from the cold as Frankie and I picked at the remaining bits of our veggie wrap.
End of Flashback
I locked eyes with him and attempted to hide my blushing. I ran over to him and bombarded him with the usual questions: What shit is for lunch today? Where's Frank and Ray? What kind of mood was Ms.Covington in today-that way I can decide to skip or not.
"Paigee, do you wann go to Starbucks?" I always begged him to take me because I didn't have a car but he would always say no and make up an excuse not to ditch with me.
"Y-You're kidding ,right?"
"Absolutly not. We're going to starbucks then back to my house to watch a cheesy horror movie." Coffee and a movie. My favorito things.
"Alright."
~After We Watched A Movie~
Hand in hand. Mikey and I layed on the roof just above his bedroom. Mr. and Mrs. Way had eventually came home. Mrs. Way found us cuddled together asleep on the sofá but decided to not wake us. When jantar was ready, she had woke us and invited me to stay for dinner. Now here we were. On our little sanctuary staring up at the stars.
"It's getting late Paigee. I should walk you home."
"I don't ever want to go back to that hell-hole of a place I call home." We sat in silence for some time.
He released his grip on my hand and sat up,"Paigee, I amor you. mais than I've loved anyone else. I know you don't want to go back but will you stay strong? For me?" With that he pulled me in for a hug and kissed my forhead.
I nodded and added, "Mikey, will you do me a favor?"
"Anything.."
"Let's leave this all behind. Run away with me."
