What is this movie?

Ok I don't have alot of details from the movie as a whole but here is what I do remember. I believe it is animated, there is a crew aboard a ship (could be a water or o espaço not entirely sure) trying to save something or someone. One of the crew members is a weapons specialist wearing a trench casaco full of weapons. Toward the end of the movie the group has to attend a fancy party to get either information or some object. Upon entering the group is told they must leave their weapons at the door, and while the rest of the group hurriedly does this and goes inside to do what they came to do, the weapons specialist starts unloading his onto the mesa, tabela while the door guy watches absolutely horrified. Pretty soon he finishes unloading his weapons and starts inside, this is when the rest of the group runs out yelling 'we got it, time to go.' and he has to grab all his weapons back up then catch up with the other. Thats all Ican remember. It is bugging me!
