How did you get into the books in the first place?

Well, I really want to know how you actually got into them, whether TIM or TID, for my story is quite a funny one. I didn't know about Cassandra's books until I started watching Gossip Girl last ano on DVD. Actor Ed Westwick who plays the role of Chuck baixo on the show really fascinated me and I started to google him and found out that his favorito books were the Infernal Devices por Cassandra Clare, so I thought why not give it a try. After I finished TID I was hooked, so I started leitura TMI and found out that they were at least as good, if not slightly better, than TID and that's how I became a real fã of TMI :

I was searching aleatório fanvideos of different songs here, and I found some Mortal Instruments ones. I watched so many of those I managed to piece together some of the story. That made me buy the DVD of the first film. That made me want to buy the books. Then I like the TMI series so much I decided to try TID as well.

Well... I got into the books actually por the movie; mortal instruments city of bones. First I didn't want to see the movie, thought it wasn't for me but... I finally watched it and LOVED IT!! That;s how I got into the books. Now I am a total fã girl for The Mortal Instruments and have all the books and has read them all in like two week! Luv Alec ;)

I found them in the biblioteca and I saw the word vampiros on the back so I read them and I instantly fell in amor I just need to read city of heavenly fogo the I can watch the movie and its exciting!!!!!!!!!!
