Is Tessa Grey mentioned in TMI? (That's NOT her in the picture por the way XD)

There's been a rumour going around that Tessa Grey (from Clockwork Angel) is briefly mentioned in the book City of Glass. If so, is it true? And where?

Just so you know, I don't own any of the books, so unfortunately, I can't do this. I'm not lazy.

Don't worry about the picture, I just put it up because I think the guy is very, very, sexy.
