I don't know for sure if she means kids in general or just spoiled one. She says they're so mean and rude and some kids she wanted to smack because of the way they talk to their parents. Like one that actually yelled at their mom because she didn't know how to take a picture with an iphone. Miley was all like if she had talked to her mom like that as a kid she would be grounded from everything. She just said "I don't love kids" so that doesn't mean she hates or dislikes them, she's just not crazy about them. I mean a lot of 21 year olds don't love kids but later on do. She revealed when she was engaged to Liam that she does want kids but not for a while because she wanted to be the hot wife for a while. She's really good with her little sister Noah and is nice to kids when they come up to her for autographs so I definitely don't think she hates or dislikes kids. I kind of freaked out when I found this out yesterday but after thinking about it it's not that big a deal. Heck, my mom didn't even want kids when she was this age and she ended up with a step-son (my brother), my sister, and me, and adores kids. A lot of 21 year olds don't love kids and I can see why, since a lot of them are rude and don't respect their elders, but I wouldn't hold it against them since they're still young.
