Holding onto her leopard print coat, Miley Cyrus step out of the infamous Londres Groucho Club on Tuesday evening (December 8).

Earlier in the week, the 17-year-old actress got a chance to meet the queen of England during the Royal Variety Performance, but seemed mais excited about another attendee — Lady Gaga.

Miley wrote on her official Web site, “I met Lady Gaga!!!” — mais than 50 times.

Miley is back in Los Angeles after finishing filming So Undercover.

And upon return she showed off a new color tattoo! You can see the tat through her shirt. In the picture you can't tell what kind of design it is, but it's clear that it's in color, maybe a floral design in green and red.

What has not yet been confirmed is if the tattoo is permanent (like her other three tattoos) or temporary. Temporary is the safest option.

What the....?! she is living her life normally and her parents are breaking up,I think she must try to solve her big problem instead of doing stuff like that. O_O
