I originally THINK:

1. You don't make one, you find one.

2. The moon is always far away so make sure its INSIDE a high colina where there is SEA WATER not SWAMP WATER.

3. And the has to be a hole in the topo, início for you to see the moon.

4. Make sure the water is deep and has entrance somewhere inside.

5. If you really want to MAKE ONE dig a whole in colina where the moon is facing i think mostly its EAST.
