Matt wins: Tak woke up, and immediately tried to run back into the main city of Downunda. He was stopped por a teleported Tak. Matt trapped Tak in an energy force-field, and yelled out “CHAOS CONTROL!”
Seven Chaos Emeralds appeared.

HYPER MATT, thrusted his arms out then clapped them together, and the entire city began to be consumed por an electric energy cyclone. Tak was unable to escape. He was too weak to turn Dark force or Light force, and couldn’t really have done anything before millions of pieces of debris, boulders, and buildings, flew into him. Matt flew up into the sky, positioned his hands at Tak’s location, and gave two words. “CHAOS FORCE!!!”
