I've always been a big fã of Marie Osmond so I was extra excited to hear (and report) this news!

Several media reports out within the last few weeks suggest there is a TV movie in the works based on the new Kindle release The Life and Career of Marie Osmond por celebrity biographer Randy Jernigan.

According to starpulse.com, the TV movie will delve into several painful events of the star’s life including that of domestic abuse in her segundo marriage and the suicide death of her 18 ano old son, Michael.

The book, based on inside information and private interviews with sources close to Osmond, has no shortage of tear-jerking content, but the movie, purportedly, will unveil some even darker moments in Osmond’s life, says the article.

As of now there has been no official word from the author or his publishing house regarding any details about the movie, other than Randy telling a Chicago radio station in an interview early Sunday morning after being questioned regarding the news,

“It's customary not to give too much information away about a film project until the executives give their approval--then I can be a little mais forthcoming with an answer,” Randy said.

But the authors agent wasn't as hesitant to boast about the project, "I can tell you that Randy has written a really great screenplay--one that I hope will find its way to television. We're keeping our fingers crossed," said Terry Griffen, Randy's literary agent.

The Life and Career of Marie Osmond was published July 8, 2015 por Creative Partners fã Books Inc. and is available through Kindle and other electronic leitura devices. The book is the first in the “STARS THAT MAKE A DIFFERENCE” series made available through Kindle.
