if you mean mangá i think School Rumble, Mamotte! Lollipop, and Ouran High School Host Club fit the bill ^-^

You should really watch pêssego girl and school rumble their are both awesome shows but i like pêssego girl better because it has a better ending

the best ones I've read/watched would be shugo chara, fruits basket or pêssego girl it has romanic moments,funny ones too and some action to make it the perfect manga/anime .

Ranma 1/2 is really good. I finished it a long time ago, and it's still my favorite. It's what they call "classic", not old. You should check it out. \/

its about a girl that was trained in the mountains por her dad since he thought she was a boy n so she is strong but the mom wanted her to be like a normal girl.
so later on she goes to a school that is totally messed up in many ways n fights against them as the student council prez.
its really funny n cool to watch if u r okay with a strong girl for the main <3

Probably Barajou no Kiss. it has battle scenes, good romance story, and its really funny.
