I know you are not the only one who feels that way. This question was prompted by a friend of mine. Her bf broke up with her. She was madly inlove with him. I am glad my bf is very protective, but we have a distinct difference. No, I don't find it cute...but Protective is fine.

Depends pretty much on what gender you are. Guys normally hate jealous girls while girls normally like jealous guys and finds it flattering

Jealousy to an extent. If you're extremely jealous and it leads to possessiveness and being controlling.. then no.

Absolutely NOT. It is abhorent. How anyone can find insecurity or neediness and deep seated-issue fear "cute" is totally beyond me. Jealousy may appear cute or the protectiveness may seem valiant, but underneath it is corrosive -NOT "cute." Relationships are not a movie. They need trust & trustworthiness & confidence.

I think that is can turn into something really bad. I'm embarrassed to admit this, but I'm extremely jealous. And I don't even have a good reason! My boyfriend is very faithful and everyone knows we're together and honors that. It's just my insecurities and dependence on people. And it's not "cute". I hate it, I really do. I never feel good enough for him and my anxiety makes me feel like he can't really like me even though I know that's completely irrational.

Jealously can lead to obsession.
