You should just wait till he comes around and wants to go out with you. I am the same as him I like people and they like me back. I just cant be in a relationship because it is just weird for me and I like being single! I am not saying it is true but it could be the same for him!

because hes nervous and its scary for him, just tel him wot u know, that u like him and that is friends have told u he likes u, ask him if no is his final answer, make sure ur friendly and happy coz u might deter him otherwise, just be truthful and dont hold back, if u do u might leave something out that makes him want to be with u more, trust ur coração not ur head
