Definitely! When the Oceanic Six got off the island they all stayed in touch, so I don't see why it would be any different for Kate, Claire and Sawyer.

I think when you've been on the journey that they all have, it would be strange NOT to keep in touch, lol.

it makes sense to me that all the people on the plane off the island might meet up once a year somewhere, b/c they're the only people around (save hurley and ben) who know what happened. they have to keep each other sane.

Kate probably found herself facing prison upon their return. She had broken her parole. And for her, it's either face prison or go on the run again. Either way, I think she would have a hard time meeting with the other survivors on a regular basis.

In fact, I doubt very much that she ever saw Claire and Aaron again. Her resolution in the Sideways dimension makes me suspect this. And even if Claire is grateful to Kate for getting her off that island and reconciled with Aaron, I doubt that the Littleton women would ever forget that Kate deliberately kept Aaron away from his grandmother for nearly three years.

For sure, I think Kate definetely helped Claire raise Aaron, it was clear to me in the finale that Kate wanted to reunite them but also help them in general. Also Kate loves Aaron no matter what so she would definetely want to be a part of his life.
Kate and Sawyer are very close too, so I think they stayed friends.
And in the end of the day all those people have been through so much together and I think that bonds them, so they must have kept in touch, like the Oceanic 6, or even better
