What is the lord of the rings theme song called?

I have to play it for música in school but I can't find one that matches the notes I was given
The right hand starts with the notes....

The most well known theme from the Lord of the Rings is most probably 'In Dreams', but there are lots of other popular ones such as 'Concerning Hobbits', 'Rohan' and 'Evenstar'.
