Yes I think Light is amazing. l and Light I believe are equal in smarts but when it comes to manipulating to see what they believe is "right" Light won. And he did win...I don't care how you slice it...in the end l was killed por Light despite how much he tried to get people to be on his side, l lost.

from the beginning, i'm always into light and i thought that his way of saving the world will save all of those innocent people from the cruelty of the world.
I can honestly say I'm answering this NOT as an obsessed fangirl. I always thought Light's intention was making the world a better place, so I liked him better and didn't like people who opposed him. After l dies, though, or sometime around that, he started killing as a symbol of power, so I didn't like him as much after that, but I still liked him mais than L.

In my opinion both l and Light are good.. but I like l better.. the reasons are:: 1. Because He's super kawaii!! 2. He loves sweets... ^-^ 3. He's smart.. [and so was Light..] 4. He's very kind..^-^ 5. and appreciates friendship... (remember when he told Light that Light's his first ever friend??)

NO, no I really DONT! l is just... great. l is alot smarter than Light, I mean, lets face it, if Light wasn't Kira to begin with,he would never would have gotten anywhere with the case. Light also has no heart, seeing as hetoys with the feelings of everyone who cares about him, like Misa and Takada. His ego is flippin huge and he even calls himself a god. Not to metion his intentions might have been good at first (although I still disagreed with them), he soon resorts to killing innocent people like the FBI agents. Not to mention he can be flippin SCARY at times! O_o

l was the reason Light killed some innocents. That Fake l in news channel made Light kill the first innocent. Without L,Light would have killed all the criminals and make this world a better place to live. Light was fighting under pressure because not only l but Police,FBI and even his dad wanted to catch Kira. On the other hand l was relaxed and was enjoying his sugar lol. Even then Light killed L.L lost.

I don't care if this is an old question. LIGHT IS WAY BETTER THAN L. People say, "Well Light killed innocent people!" Light didn't do it because he wanted to. He did it because if they caught him, he wouldn't be able to write names. His ego did get in the way at times, but really Light's motive was to make the world a better place. I was team Light from episode one to the end, even when he switched teams. Light is still one of my favorito animê characters.
