I'm not choosing this option because I'd just want LP mentions lol. But only simply because I think it would make the most sense. If BL hadn't really talked to each other in years (as far as we know of), then skipping all of the significant things that have happened to them, and going straight for the "BL" talk wouldn't really make much sense to me. I think Brooke getting married, her new twin boys, and what BL had been doing with their lives over the past 3+ years should/would come before anything else. But ofcourse I'd be perfectly fine with a sweet hug or "goodbye" scene at the end, or something. Just not without at some point mentioning what they're both up to now. :)

Plus I dunno, we hadn't really seen any BL couple mentions in quite a while, even when Lucas was still on the show. So I think suddenly throwing anything too big in the mix in 9x07 would seem kind of random, and forced just for the sake of pleasing the BL fanbase one last time. Which is fine, I guess. But I'd just think it would feel a little awkward after all this time. Just my opinion, ofcourse!

definitely! it would almost be weird for them to NOT have this type of scene.

What would i have wanted the most? - A meaningful scene that acknowledged their past, gave them some kind of real closure & began/ended with a hug ♥

If there were more than one scene, I would have wanted a bunch of these. But because we're talking about just one scene then I wouldn't want it to be anything too emotional or acknowledging the past- because it would be so inconsistent and one thing I love about Brucas is the continuity of their story line. I wouldn't want a completely random emotional scene.

But I also wouldn't want a scene where they talk about their significant others. I would rather that than no scene... but if I got to choose what scene they would have then it would be a light convo with an awesome "it's great to see you" hug. But I agree with Kellyerin87 that it wouldn't make sense to talk about how much they've missed each other since we've seen Brooke & it doesn't look like she misses Lucas very much (although we haven't seen Lucas), one last letter would be sooo random, talking about their past relationship probably would be random as well (unless they somehow managed to tie it into the story line and relate it somehow, but a random mentioning of their past just for the sake of mentioning it wouldn't do much for me), getting "closure" would be irrelevant since both Brooke & Lucas seem to have their closure and be over each other--- it's Brucas FANS that never got closure (not Brooke & Lucas)... but eye sex could be good too.

So I guess a wonderful strong hug, eye sex (or whatever you want to call that intense look they are known for giving each other), or even just a friendly simple convo about anything would have made me really really happy!

When I heard Chad was back I decided to watch the episode (first one after S6), I was disappointed Lucas didn't met Brooke. I'm an LP fan mind you but they were together and ended up friends. A simple Hello or Brooke asking about Peyton/Sawyer would have been nice.
