I don't think I was ever "team Peyton" during the triangle, but there are moments where i felt for her.

Like when she walks away from Lucas in 1x15. The look on her face is just so sad.

And as much as it pissed me off that she ended up telling Brooke she still had feelings for Lucas, when they were doing the reenactment in 3x21... I've come to feel very emotional over the way Peyton had to be feeling.

I was always on team Brooke, but there were a few times when I understood Peyton's feelings...like when she was so upset with Brooke for making fun of both her mother's deaths. Brooke was there for Peyton for the aftermath of both deaths, she knew them...messed up to make fun of that.

Before 1x08 I was team no one. I thought Lucas & Peyton were ok, but I wasn't impressed- and I definitely didn't think anything of Brooke & Lucas til 1x08. But then beginning with 1x08 I fell in love with them and went from not caring about either couple to being "Team Brooke."

I almost always understood Peyton's point of view... but that doesn't mean I agreed with it and I definitely was not always empathetic. But I usually did understand her perspective.
I'd say the only time I was really empathetic was during the first season when Brooke & Lucas first started dating. I was 100% "Team Brooke" but that doesn't mean I didn't feel for Peyton and think her situation sucked. And yes of course when Brooke made comments about Peyton's love sending people to the grave- I was disgusted by Brooke... but I consider that a Breyton thing, not a BLP triangle thing.

I'm not a Brucas fan now but I rooted for them in s2-3 and I did understood Peyton's POV almost all the times actually<33 I was just always team Brooke.
