People usually think that all celebrities have a bad influence on young people. And maybe because of Lady Gaga's eccentric behaviour and sense of dress makes her mais prone to influencing young people. But you are your own person and you make your own decisions. For all we know they're probably following stereotypes associated with Lady Gaga fãs which makes them target her in particular for being a bad role model.
Well, it really isn't their choice, You're your own person, so you need to make your own choices. You can choose to stay away from Lady Gaga, or at least not become a fan, but you need to make your own choices, and not have somebody else run your life.
Maybe they have a bad opinion about Gaga because of her dress, the strange image, cause GaGa is a original person. Maybe others think she is a wrong singer because she is too controversial. I think You should have your own mind and do not listen to them. If You feel that you are a Little Monster don’t stay away from Gaga :)
