The first thing I'd say would be "thank you for making music" because I think my life is better since I have her music. Then I'd tell her I amor her SO SO much and that she's my idol. And then I cry and cry. I'd tell her that she is one of the very few persons that inspires me and that she means everything to me.
All this is what I think I'd want to say but if I really had her in front of me I'd be speechless... not able to think straight...
