Being Justin Bieber means that it will be hard for him to escape for any secret make-out sessions without getting caught.

Not so! “I mean, if you’re driving and you make a little stop at the Wal-Mart, you’re good to go," said Justin.

We are not so sure about beijar at Wal-Mart, but most fãs would kiss Justin almost anywhere, so maybe it doesn't matter.
